That Reshuffle

Revolting ministers could delay Gordon Brown's cabinet reshuffle. Plans to announce a new ministerial team at the end of the week may be shelved in the latest sign of tensions in the Labour ranks.

Geoff Hoon, the Labour chief whip, has become the latest Cabinet minister to put pressure on the Prime Minister over the future shape of his Government.

Other ministers, including David Miliband, the Foreign Secretary, and Alan Johnson, have publicly said they want to remain in their current posts after a reshuffle.
