Cameron rules out EU referendum
John Baron MP explains why 100 Conservative MPs want a Europe Union referendum
"I completely understand why some people want an in/out referendum. Some people just want to get out: stop the bus, I want to get off."But I don't share that view. That is not the right thing to do. The problem with an in/out referendum is that it only gives people those two choices. You can stay either in with all the status quo or you can get out." David Cameron 29-6-12
Time for a Party in/out leadership vote eh

Heads of State meeting

Environmentalism is a Religion
Environmentalism, in the form of Climate Change Alarmism, is a religion.
Note the structural and behavioral similarities:
Monk = Scientist - They provide the articles of the faith
Priest = Journalist - They spread the faith and convert the faithful
Sin = Carbon Emissions - How an individual's acts hurt the community
Salvation = Energy Reduction - How an individual can redeem oneself
Indulgences = Carbon Credits - Buying forgiveness
Church = IPCC - Organisation in charge of the faith
Bible = IPCC Reports - the official guidebook to the faith
Evangelists = Activists - aggressive promoters of the faith
God = Gaia - the "superhuman" who will "judge" us
Lovelock = Judas - the betrayer of the faith, the apostate
Hell = 2 degree temperature rise - hot/cold/dry/wet whatever is bad will be worse
Signs from God = Any Storm or Drought
Tithes = Carbon Taxes - every religion needs money

Cameron should know his place
The Anglo Saxon Chronicle has learned that Tony Blair has said that it is "critical" that the UK helps to shape the political reconstruction of Europe in the wake of the eurozone crisis.
The ex-Labour leader was speaking to the BBC this Weekend.
Asked if he would take a leading role in the reconstruction as an elected president, Blair said: "That's way, way down the line. When the European presidency came up last time I would have taken it if the job had been offered."

The Fork in the Road Riddle? (EU version)
An international investment banker with Billions in ‘foreign currency’ comes to a ‘fork in the road’ and doesn't know which way to go to reach the place where he has chosen to make his European Union investments.
There are two men at the fork (Herman Achille Van Rompuy & José Manuel Durão Barroso), one of whom always tells the EU truth while the other always tells EU lies.
The investment banker doesn't know which is which, though. He may ask one of the men only one question to find his way.
Which man does he ask, and what is the question?
