Balls to stand

Ed Balls the former Children's Secretary and one of the Labour government Ministers who signed off dodgy contracts in the last 5 months; is to announce tomorrow that he is standing for the Labour leadership.



David and Ed Miliband have already declared they are in the running. Andy Burnham, the former Health Secretary is also expected to stand.
