Conservative leader say's sorry

If David Cameron can say it for the current conservative party, will he say sorry on behalf of Chamberlain? Better still, as the European Union elections are imminent, will David Cameron say sorry for Edward Heaths treachery?

Or is it a global problem!........ so scratch the scrotum.
