On sunday after reading about twitter giving up the details of a councillor in South Tyneside I sent an e-mail to twitter asking..

I have just recieved their answer

And as we all know Iran, Syria, Egypt, Iraq, Sudia Arabia, Lybia and uncle Abdels cobblers and all. All have a valid legal process.

Just answer the orginal question YES or NO simples
