Giddy EUPT

The European Union is set to complete moves for a supervisory mission to Kosovo this week. The plan is for a 1,800-strong police and justice mission

A senior EU diplomat said the decision did not need to go to ministers since the EU leaders had agreed it in principle in December. (but did he mean December 2006)

Like the delayed EU Rapid Reaction Force mission to Chad this is the European Union at it's best.
